Ini adalah tips kedua saya pada Remote Desktop Connection di Windows.
Remote Desktop cant connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
Jika muncul pemberitahuan seperti di bawah ini berarti terdapat masalah yang membuat kita tidak bisa melakukan Remote

Remote Desktop cant connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.

Lakukan pengecekan apakah firewall pada komputer Klien sudah off atau on, jika on coba di ubah menjadi off. Jika Berhasil maka tidak perlu melakukan cara berikutnya.
selanjutnya cek juga pada komputer user. coba lakukan cara yang sama dengan yang diatas
Cara terakhir yang saya sudah coba sendiri yaitu lihat apakah IP Address komputer berubah tidak dengan sebelumnya. Jika berubah maka itulah penyebab utamanya.
Yang perlu kalian lakukan adalah merubahnya kembali IP Address tersebut. pada pengaturan Network.
