Step Setting :

 Setting ePSXe

1. Klik Config >>

 2. Choose Recommended

 3. Im Recommend you to choose [NextGL] 1.12. but you can chose another whatever you want.

4. Choose recommend.

 5. Chose Recomend ePSXe CDR WNT /W2K core

 6. Setting your Joy Pad.

 7. Selesai, Enjoy and happy gaming ^_^

  

8. Play using ISO Files, see the image bellow. File --> Run ISO --> chose ISO --> And Enjoy!

for ePSXe is rather complicated, but the graphics clearer.
And for PSX, actually do not need the setting for making good first set in the palace at the BIOS file.
just click psxfin.exe and its live input ISO (do not forget the controller settings in the configuration of his)
how to enter the ISO file it just click File -> Insert CD Image -> Select the ISO -> And then play. sighting game:

For a low spec PC I suggest using only the PSX, which is more simple, and easy to understand.
